At Grace in Motion, we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make. Each of our items is lovingly handcrafted by artisans, which means no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Small variations in color, texture, or finish are part of what make your product unique and not imperfections.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our updated return policy below.
Returns Within 14 Days — Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost, excluding shipping fees.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with any packaging or tags included.
Returns Within 30 Days — In-Store Credit
If your return request is made between 15 and 30 days after delivery, you will receive store credit for the product amount, excluding shipping.
This credit can be applied toward future purchases and does not expire.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package at angie@graceinmotion.shop.
Include the following details:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
Items Not Eligible for Return
• Custom or personalized products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items returned after 30 days
How to Start a Return
Email angie@graceinmotion.shop to initiate your return. We’ll provide instructions for mailing your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
