We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Please note that variations in color, texture, and size are natural due to the handmade nature of our artisan goods and are part of what makes each piece unique.
3. Orders
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Grace in Motion reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Reasons may include product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
4. Shipping
Orders are typically processed within five business days.
If an item is out of stock or ships directly from an artisan supplier, please allow two to three weeks for delivery.
Grace in Motion is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.
5. Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or store credit according to our Return Policy.
• Returns requested within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund (excluding shipping).
• Returns requested within 30 days are eligible for store credit (excluding shipping).
All items must be unused, in their original condition, and include any packaging or tags.
