Processing Time

Orders generally ship within 5 business days if the item is in stock.
If an item is out of stock or ships directly from one of our artisan suppliers, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Shipping Time

Standard delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days depending on your location.
While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Free shipping promotions may be available at times, so keep an eye out for special offers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.
